The Band

The band lineup is :

Jennifer Knussen (violin, vocals)

Gus Cuthbertson (piano, soprano sax, bassoon, flute)

Erik Knussen (double bass, guitar)

The band is based in Fife but regularly plays further afield, including Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth and Glasgow.

When you book The Crawstep Ceilidh Band you will be booking musicians with a wealth of experience. Members of the band have played with some of the most highly-regarded traditional musicians in the country and have taken part in extremely high-profile events, including playing at Madonna's wedding at Skibo Castle. They have studied at some of the top music colleges in the country and toured Europe with professional Scottish orchestras. Perhaps most importantly they have played together for over twenty years, and are steeped in the tradition of Scottish Dance Music.
